What is recorded here

Semi-detached single-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, c.1930. Yellow brick walls. uPVC casement windows. Timber gable to dormer window. Concrete lintel to ground floor and dormer window. Timber tongue and groove door with leaded lights set in porch projection to side. Hipped slate roof with shared central red brick chimney stack. Random limestone rubble boundary wall with simple iron gate.
An attractive early twentieth-century house which retains its original proportions. The group adds a welcome domestic scale to this largely industrial area.
