Ogee-arched doorway, c.1890, set in rectangular surround having rectangular panel to each side and ogee-profile panel above. Replacement timber door. Ensemble set in random limestone boundary wall, now surrounding housing estate.
A simple, attractive doorway, prominently located at a busy junction above Lucan Bridge. Though formerly an entrance door to the grounds beyond, the principal function of this feature is now aesthetic.
