Shopfront to ground floor, having painted timber fascia and cornice with dentils and with gold lettering, timber display windows with cast-iron window guards. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled double-leaf door. Timber battened door to rear. Single-storey pitched roof and lean-to extensions and timber and corrugated-iron outbuildings to rear. Timber counter to bar interior, with timber shelving, copper sink and timber panelled screen, and half-glazed timber panelled door leading to house.

This attractive terraced house and commercial premise makes an interesting addition to the streetscape and retains many notable internal and external features. The building has changed little since it was originally built, and retains much of its original form and character. Its shopfront is of particular interest, the lettering being very expertly executed.
