What is recorded here

Rinrawros Point / Rinn Ramhrois is a headland in County Donegal, composed primarily of Silurian-age volcanic and sedimentary rocks, formed around 440–420 million years ago through volcanic activity and subsequent deposition in a shallow marine environment. The area is notable for its well-exposed coastal geology, which provides insight into the ancient Iapetus Ocean's closure and the formation of the Caledonian mountain belt.
