End-of-terrace three-bay single-storey local authority house with dormer attic, c.1900. Extensively renovated, c.2000, with entrance reoriented, and dormer attic added. One of a terrace of four forming part of a group of seven. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.2000, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stack, replacement square rooflight, c.2000, flat felt roof, c.2000, to dormer attic window to rear (south-west) pitch, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.2000, on timber eaves. Unpainted replacement cement rendered walls, c.2000. Square-headed window openings (one remodelled, c.2000, from original door opening) with stone sills, and red brick block-and-start surrounds. Replacement 2/2 timber sash windows, c.2000. Square-headed door opening (originally window opening remodelled, c.2000) with red brick block-and-start surround, and replacement timber panelled door, c.2000. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

An attractive, small-scale house of balanced proportions that retains some of its original form to the front (north-east) front. Although much of the original fabric has been lost, some replacement fittings have been installed in keeping with the original integrity of the design. The house, together with the remainder in the terrace (including 22830172 - 174, 306 - 308/WD-09-30-172 - 174, 306 - 308), forms an appealing, low-lying streetscape quality in Poleberry Street.
