Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Usna, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a circular overgrown area about 25 metres across on the north-west facing slope of a rise. A gapped earthen bank surrounds the east, south and west, while a steeper scarp defines the remaining edge. Two other rath sites lie within 200 metres to the north-west and east.

Towards the top of the NW-facing slope of a rise. Circular overgrown area (diam. c. 25m) defined by a gapped earthen bank (Wth 3-4m; int. H 0.2-0.5m; ext. H 0.7-1m) E-S-W, and a scarp (max. H 1m) elsewhere. There is no visible fosse or recognisable entrance, and the interior is overlain by an E-W field bank towards the perimeter at N. Rath (RO006-168---) is c. 160m to the NW and rath (RO006-172----) is c. 200m to the E. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
