What is recorded here

Doon Fort is an archaeological place in County Tipperary, Ireland. It stands on the eastern side of a broad ridge at Farranamanagh, where a roughly square raised area survives in the northwest section. The 1840 map drew a sub-rectangular enclosure, while the 1906 map recorded an oval structure approximately 25 metres north to south and 33 metres east to west. These changing drawings likely reflect gradual deterioration and evolving survey methods rather than a sudden change at the site.
Doon Fort is recorded as a archaeological place in County Tipperary. Its open map record supplies this location and any linked names or public references.
