What is recorded here
Located in a large arable field towards the SE boundary and c. 153m W of the ‘White Hart Inn’ (DU005-054----). The ring-ditch, one of a number in the environs of Balrothery, is clearly visible on Apple Maps (June 2018). It consists of a penannular circular feature (ext. diam. c. 12.9m) defined by a ditch (Wth <1.m). The ditch appears continuous, with the exception of to the NW quadrant.
