What is recorded here
A single piece of heavy brushwood (L 0.23m min.; diam. 0.052m) in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with fibrous remains. SMR OF010-178---- is 3.4m to the SW. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2001. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
