Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1840. uPVC casement windows, one in enlarged opening. uPVC door. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered base course. Hipped artificial slate roof with central smooth rendered chimney stack.
This house forms a strong group with its eastern neighbour, retaining much original fabric and showing the former character of the village street, with street-fronted dwellings lacking any parallel commercial usage.
