Lackabeha East hides a stone-built underground passage inside a levelled ringfort, waiting for boots and lantern light. Men digging house foundations broke through earth to find its chambers, then filled the hole without asking what it remembered. The passage still breathes beneath modern feet, guarding knowledge its builders never wrote down.
