Cross

What is recorded here

Cross in Loiscreán is a cross in Loiscreán, County Waterford, Ireland. The 1952 account recorded the site in pasture on high ground above a northwest-southeast river valley, with the stream about 220 metres to the northeast. That same account recorded a church tradition at Loskeran and said the cross was not visible at ground level, though an eroded cross-base with a socket had been recovered and kept at a nearby house.
