Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or ringfort in Knockateemore, County Waterford, Ireland. The 1840 edition of the Ordnance Survey six-inch map marked a large circular embanked enclosure with an external diameter of about 60 to 65 metres. That same account recorded the site in undulating pasture and stated that it was not visible at ground level during the observation recorded there.
Marked as a large circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 60-65m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Situated in undulating pasture, it is not visible at ground level.
