Cross in Killaconnigan — Report the wrong picture

Killaconnigan church has vanished but its graveyard remains in County Meath, marked by a small limestone cross standing forty-eight centimetres tall at the centre. The octagonal stem and arms suggest a finial cross rather than a tomb marker, pointing to the church itself instead of one buried person. It is the kind of place where absence becomes visible: a field, a boundary stone, a cross, and the memory of a building no longer there.

Within the graveyard (ME035-010001-) at the site of Killaconnigan church (ME035-010----). A small limestone cross (H 0.48m; span 0.31m) with octagonal cross-sections (dims 0.14m x 0.14m) to the stem and arms (L 8cm) is probably a finial cross and is set in the ground at the centre of the graveyard.
