Detached four-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding, c.1850, retaining original aspect with pair of segmental-headed carriageways and single-bay single-storey lower end bay to west. Now disused. Pitched slate roofs with clay ridge tiles and squared rubble stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls with lime mortar and sections of limewashed lime render over. Square-headed slit-style window openings with rubble stone lintels and no fittings. Square-headed door opening with replacement painted corrugated-iron double doors, c.1950. Pair of segmental-headed carriageways with squared rubble red sandstone voussoirs and replacement painted corrugated-iron double doors, c.1950. Set back from line of road with part-overgrown grass verge to front and section of random rubble stone boundary wall to east having wrought iron gate.

An attractive modest-scale outbuilding of vernacular form and appearance, which forms part of a larger group of vernacular outbuildings in the immediate locality (including 22801013 – 16). Although now disused, the building retains its original form and character, with many original salient features and materials intact. Fronting almost directly on to the road, the outbuilding significantly enhances the visual appeal of the locality.
