Not idicated is a fairy fort in County Monaghan, Ireland. It is a circular grass-covered area on a low spur, shaped by an overgrown earthen bank and outer field bank. People may have lived there, feared the fairies, or simply avoided the strange hollow where the land still holds its old shape.

Located on a low NW-SE spur. This is a circular grass-covered area (diam. 41m E-W; 32m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank, an outer fosse, and an outer field bank W-NE and by a low scarp elsewhere.
