The fair fort in Culleenmore is a roughly circular earthen ring on a south-east facing slope, about forty-six metres across inside its bank. It sits within a conifer plantation, ringed by a protected buffer where no new trees are planted. Its bank survives best in the north-west, while thorns and time have softened the rest. The outer ditch disappears from view along parts of the circuit, and the original entrance has become unrecognisable. What remains is a broad shallow bowl of soil and shadow, old enough to have lost its name in the mouths of those who first walked it, yet still held clear of the forest around it.

On a SSE-facing slope within a large plantation of coniferous trees. A buffer zone extends around the monument and no planting occurs within in it. This roughly circular rath (int. diam. c. 46m) is defined by an earthen bank with an external fosse. The bank is best preserved at NW, elsewhere it is low and fragmentary and is not visible at NE and E. It is overgrown with thorn trees. The fosse is not visible from NW-N-E.
