What is recorded here

Eight raised circular-plan masonry tanks, built c.1780, now disused and overgrown. Rectangular stone tank to north.
These stone tanks are interesting farmyard features which are now rare in the Irish context. Their survival, in conjunction with the main house and other related buildings provides continuity and information about former life styles and living conditions in Ireland.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
