Two-storey stone farm outbuilding, built c.1780, with vent and dovecote openings. Square-headed openings with stone sills and diamond-paned window insets. Square-headed door openings to western gable with stone lintels. Hipped slate roof with stone eaves course.

The survival of many original materials and features, such as the stone lintels, cast-iron window insets, stone eaves course and slate roof, are of architectural interest. These buildings, in conjunction with the main house and other related buildings provides continuity and information about former life styles and living conditions in Ireland.
