Fulacht fia in Cootehall is a fulacht fia in Cootehall, County Roscommon, Ireland. Archaeological testing recorded an area of burnt stones overlying a porous pit which was excavated in advance of house-building. A second, adjacent, area of burnt stones was preserved in situ about fifteen metres to the northeast, while a rath stands one hundred metres further in that direction.
Archaeological testing (00E0393) recorded an area of burnt stones overlying a porous pit which was excavated in advance of house-building. A second, adjacent, area of burnt stones (RO007-018003-) was preserved in situ c. 15m to the NE. Rath (RO007-018001-) is c. 100m to the NE. (Gregory 2002, 192)
