Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Cloonskeeveen, County Roscommon, Ireland. The circular grass-covered area measures 30.7m north-south and sits towards the bottom of a south-facing drumlin slope. An earthen bank and scarp define most of the edge, while an outer fosse cuts through the north-east section. No visible entrance breaks the surrounding earthworks.
Towards the bottom of the S-facing slope of a drumlin. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 30.7m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.2m at E to 4.2m at W; int. H 0.15m at NW to 0.6m at N; ext. H 0.15m at NW to 0.75m at N) W-N-SE and a scarp (H 0.2m-0.4m) elsewhere, with an outer fosse (Wth of top 2.4m; Wth of base 1.3m; D 0.4m) N-NE. There is no visible entrance. Rath (RO011-025----) is c. 70m to the N, and rath (RO011-026----) is c. 80m to the WSW.
