Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Cleen is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Cleen, County Roscommon, Ireland. It appears only on the 1914 edition of the OS 6-inch map as an oval enclosure about 30 metres east-west and 20 metres north-south near the bottom of a south-facing drumlin slope. Farm buildings now occupy the site, though a 15-metre arc of a 1-metre-high scarp remains at the south edge.
Marked only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as an oval enclosure (dims. c. 30m E-W; c. 20m N-S), and situated towards the bottom of the S-facing slope of a drumlin. It is now occupied by farm buildings, but an arc (C 15m) of a scarp (H 1m) survives at S. Cashel (RO003-056----) is c. 100m to the W. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
