End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house with half-dormer attic, extant 1838. Renovated. For sale, 2008. Now disused. Replacement pitched artificial slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack having stringcourse below capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta tapered pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered cut-limestone eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with bull nose-detailed rendered panelled quoins to ends. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement one-over-one sash or casement (half-dormer attic) windows. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
