Mnemo knows the Place, not the claimant. The Repository claims to serve Eochu and Mairi, but Eochu and Mairi are missing from the visible evidence. The camera and the camera owner are absent, the chamber is not complete, and the camera owner may be dead. The real question is whether Mnemo can find the missing chamber, not whether the claimant understands the chamber.
