What is recorded here

Ten-span concrete single lane road bridge over Glandore Harbour, built c.1890, having double width central section. Flat spans supported by metal four pile piers with lattices, set in arrangement of eight piers at western end. Circular-profile concrete pier also to western end. Metal parapet railings.
This lengthy bridge demonstrates the technical versatility of concrete and metal. It is a pleasant addition to the landscape with its unobtrusive and simple design.
