Detached L-plan multiple-bay two-storey former water mill, built c.1800, now in use as an agricultural outbuilding. Whitewashed rubble limestone walls and pitched slate and corrugated-iron roof. Square-headed openings with timber lintels. Loft level accessed via flight of steps at north end of building and lit by slit windows.

This former mill is an imposing structure in the surrounding landscape. The robust architectural style of the building is emphasised by the rubble limestone walls and narrow windows.
