Detached multiple-bay two-storey former mill outbuilding, built c.1760, now in use as farm outbuilding. Roughly dressed stone walls with integral arch and some limestone dressings. Remains of two-storey outbuilding and walled garden to site.
This outbuilding is forms part of a group of mill related structures with the mill, chimneystack, and kiln. Though now in poor condition, the building retains its original form and stone construction. The related outbuildings and the walled garden to the site contribute to the significance of this group.
