Obelisk is a monumental structure in Cavetown OR Ballynahoogh, County Roscommon, Ireland. It is a late 18th century or early 19th-century obelisk on a slightly raised earthwork. It stands on a ridge overlooking the northern shore of Cavetown Lough. The site of Ballynahoogh castle is about 230 metres to the east.
Located on a ridge overlooking the N shore of Cavetown Lough c. 140m to the S, and c. 230m W of the site of Ballynahoogh castle (RO010-033----).
