Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c. 1860, renovated, c. 1900, with timber pilaster shopfront inserted to ground floor having moulded cornice. Now disused and partly derelict. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles and replacement rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Timber one-over-one pane sliding sash windows with exposed sash boxes at first floor. Two-over-two pane sliding sash window, two-pane display window and timber panelled door to ground floor. Timber panelled window shutters at first floor interior. Street frontage.
