Lisnagra Woods is the local forest above Muff. Sport Ireland's 6.7-kilometre Grania's Gap Loop passes through the native woodland, following forest paths and a stream before climbing to views over Lough Foyle. Local visitor material describes it as a walk and picnic place and records red squirrels in the woods. Paths can be muddy after rain.
