In improved pasture, on a gentle E-facing slope. Remains of rectangular area (dims. 13.3m N-S; 16m E-W) defined by scarp (Wth 1.6m; H 0.2m) to E (L 13m), S (L 14.5m) and W (L 14m) and truncated by field boundary and road to N. Fosse (Wth 4.8m; D 0.15m) to E, S and W. Interior slopes gently to E and is featureless. Identified as a sub-rectangular enclosure on an aerial photograph (OS 2348/7).
