In pasture, 19m N of townland boundary with Newtown. Enclosure (LI049-039----) lies 85m to the SE. Not marked on OSi 6-inch maps. Earthwork identified as a square-shaped cropmark on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000; 2581, Site 216) taken 03/11/1984. Monument visible as a square-shaped cropmark (dims. c. 10m x 10m) c. 7m N of a watercourse running NE-SW, on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 20011-13 and clearly visible on Google Earth orthoimage date 18/11/2018.
