In low-lying, wet pasture, cut by land drains and watercourses, 55m N of a townland boundary with Ballydaheen. Bullaun stone (LI032-123----) lies 270m to E. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 293: AP 5/2010), as a rectilinear-shaped cropmark. Monument is visible as a rectilinear-shaped cropmark (40m NW-SE; 41m NE-SW), which is best seen on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012 and is visible as a similar shaped and sized, faint cropmark on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013 and on Google Earth orthoimage taken 16/03/2016.
