Freestanding single-bay three-stage tapering windmill tower, extant 1901, on a circular plan. In ruins, 1903. Roof now missing. Roughcast battered walls over coursed rubble stone construction. Square-headed opposing door openings with concealed dressings. Square-headed window openings (upper stages) with concealed dressings. Interior in ruins. Set in relandscaped grounds.
