Under the rath at Letterdunane, a lintelled passage cuts four decimetres into the earth. Wood debris and dense overgrowth now block the western opening, hiding the narrow chamber from casual sight. The passage remains sealed not by stone but by forgotten time, waiting for someone brave enough to clear the branches and discover what darkness kept inside.

In a rath (KE102-057----). The lintelled W-facing opening to a Man-made underground passage (Wth 1m; D 0.4m), in the E half of the rath, is blocked and obscured by wood debris and dense overgrowth.
