Man-made underground passage in Gooseberryhill — Report the wrong picture

Gooseberryhill hides man-made passages beneath its ringfort, though no entrance remains visible. Bowman noted depressions in the centre and south-west in 1934, suggesting chambers or tunnels still buried under grass and memory. The absence of a opening does not erase the shape of the dig; it only returns the work to darkness.

In ringfort (CO014-04401-). Bowman (1934, 137) noted that 'depressions in centre and S.W. indicate Sites of Man-made underground passages'. No visible surface trace.
