Man-made underground passage in An Luachair

Ashe (1954, 29) noted two 'splendid' Man-made underground passages in this townland. One (KE045-103----) has been identified but the other, in a field named Páirc na nÓn, has not been located. Neither the field name (noted also by AnSeabhac 1939, 308) nor the monument are remembered locally. The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne.
