What is recorded here

Corner-sited five-bay three-storey warehouse with former loading doors to upper floors, built c. 1855. Pitched corrugated fibre cement roof. Rendered walls to west elevation, having roughly dressed limestone and sandstone walls to remaining elevations. Replacement windows and doors.
Built in the latter part of the nineteenth century, this warehouse is an interesting reminder of the industrial character which was once associated with this part of the city. Though notable features and materials have been replaced, this building retains it's original form, loading doors to upper floors and streetscape value.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
