Lauragh Bridge in Derreen looks like three stone arches whose concrete cousin has come to stay for a few nights. He arrived around 1960. At this stage, asking about his plans would only cause a row.
Triple-arch rubble stone road bridge over river, built c. 1830, on a curved plan with round arches and rubble stone voussoirs. Renovated, c. 1960, with concrete arch added to north. Spans river Owenshagh.
