Excavated in advance of construction of the N9/N10 Kilcullen-Waterford Road (Excavation Licence number E2595), a sub-circular shaped kiln (diam 2.5m; D 0.58m) comprised of randomly coursed dry bonded granite stones. It had two flues, one on W and one on the NE side. A large quantity of animal bone was recovered from the fill.
