Rendered, ruled and lined and painted front wall with raised painted quoins. uPVC casement windows with stone sills over full-width glazed timber shopfront. Pitched and hipped slate roof behind parapet, with rendered chimney stacks. Full-height decorated screen wall with carriage arch to west.
A modest former house with an asymmetrical façade and boldly treated carriage arch which adds variety and character to the streetscape.
