In pasture, on slight S-facing slope. Shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map as circular tree-planted area on the lawn of Lisquinlan House. Level subcircular area (28m N-S; 38m E-W) enclosed by fosse (D 0.9m). Field fence running E-W skirts fosse at N. Possible one of the two 'lisses' referred to by Fitzgerald (1858, 23) and Coleman (1913, 190); the second is to the NE (CO077-045---).
