Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Knockacorha, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a circular grass-covered area on a north-facing slope towards the west end of an east-northeast to west-southwest drumlin ridge. An earthen bank surrounds the centre, while an outer fosse and bank appear along the northwest and north. A standing stone stands about one hundred metres to the northeast.
On a N-facing slope towards the W end of an ENE-WSW drumlin ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 33.5m E-W; 32m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3-3.6m; int. H 0.35-0.6m; ext. H 0.9-1m) reduced to a scarp (H 1.2m) at NW, with an outer fosse (Wth of top 4.6m; Wth of base 3m; D 0.6) and outer bank (Wth 4m; ext. H 1.1m) NW-N. There is no visible entrance. Standing stone (RO010-049----) is c. 100m to the NE.
