On a low rise in a low-lying landscape with a W-E stream c. 90m to the S. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 30m N-S; 30m E-W) defined by a earthen bank (Wth 4m at W to 5.4m at N; int. H 0.45m at N to 0.8m at E; ext. H 0.8m at W to 2.1m at N) with some scrub which is incorporated into a field bank NW-N, and a fosse (Wth of top 5.6m; Wth of base 4m; D 0.5m) NE-SE which is recut as a field drain SSE-NW. A grass-covered depression (RO010-024002-) running S from the perimeter at NNW may be a collapsed Man-made underground passage, although it might also be a silted drain associated with NNW-SSE field banks attached externally to the perimeter at NNW and SSE.
