Located towards the bottom of a SE-facing slope in a coniferous forest on what was the demesne land of Drumhierny Lodge c. 150m to the NW. The parkland had been laid out by P. Latouche and was worthy of note (Lewis 1837, vol. 2, 214). This feature is a circular overgrown area (int. diam. c. 30.5m N-S) defined by earthen bank (at S: Wth 2.1m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.9m) and outer ditch (at S: Wth of base 1.1m; ext. D 0.35m). There is no identifiable entrance, and it is probably a tree-ring.
