Indicated

Situated on a steep E-facing slope in pasture, off the brow of a hill. A circular area (diam. 24.7m N-S; 24.5m E-W) defined by a bank of clay and gravel (Wth 3.2m; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 1.1m) and a fosse visible in the NW quadrant only (Wth 3.6m; D 0.42m). There is a possible entrance gap (Wth c. 3.5m) at NW. The interior slopes steeply to E following the line of the slope. A trackway skirts the monument along from NE to S to W. Larch trees grow on the inner and outer edges of the bank and according to the landowner these were planted c. 50 years ago.
