Located at Bearna na Madra gap in the Monavullagh Mountains with a shoulder of the mountain c. 170m higher c. 750m to the N, and a shoulder c. 100m higher c. 900m to the S. Marked as a subrectangular enclosure on the 1840 and 1928 eds of the OS 6-inch map. Sub-rectangular grass-covered area (int. dims. 21.5m N-S; 17.5m E-W) defined by a drystone wall (Wth 1-2m; H 0.2-1m) with two entrances (Wth 2m; 2.2m) at W. It is situated c. 10m S of a standing stone (WA014-011001-).
