Shown as hachured sub-oval enclosure (c. 85m E-W; c. 45m N-S) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; W half of enclosure shown as arc in field fence on 1904 and 1935 OS 6-inch maps. In pasture, on W-facing slope. Oval area (58.8m N-S; 92m E-W) defined by earthen bank (H 1.9m) NW->NNE; remains of levelled bank NNE->SE; low earthen bank SE->SW; scarp (H 2.1m) SW->NW. Remains of external infilled fosse (D 0.45m) SE->NE.
