Single-arch railway bridge, built 1849, carrying Mallow-Cork railway line over local roadhaving rusticated limestone walls and rusticated voussoirs to segmental arch. Battered cut limestone abutments to both elevations.
The railway bridge is solidly constructed with rusticated limestone masonry walls. The bridge serves as a reminder of the quality of the engineering and craftsmen's skills in the mid-nineteenth century.
