What is recorded here

Situated on a SW-facing slope in undulating pastureland. Depicted on the latest ed. OS 6-inch map as a roughly square-shaped enclosure, the site actually consists of a circular area (diam. 17.3m N-S; 16.6m E-W) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 4.8m; int. H 0.65m; ext. H 1.25m) with loose stones scattered around the bank surface in the NE quadrant. No external fosse and no entrance feature visible.
